Craig Readhead B Juris Llb. Chairman

Mr Readhead-holds the degrees of Bachelor of Law and Bachelor of Jurisprudence from the University of Western Australia. He has spent the last 27 years practicing in the resources law area and was a partner of a major Perth Law firm before forming his own practice 9 years ago. He is now a partner of the law firm Pullinger Readhead Lucas.

Mr Readhead has had a significant role in the development of a number of mining projects within Australia, Africa and South East Asia. He is Chairman and a Non-Executive Director of Heron Resources Ltd (www.heronresources.com.au), Mt Gibson Iron Ltd (www.mtgibsoniron.com.au), Agincourt Resources Ltd and Halcyon Group Ltd, Frankland River Olive Company Limited, and is past President of the Australian Mining and Petroleum Law Association, and past Vice-President of the Association of Mining and Exploration Companies.

Mr Readhead is a member of the Audit and Remuneration Committees. During the past three years Mr Readhead has also served as a director of Pioneer Nickel Ltd, New World Alloys Ltd.

Robert Wanless Director

Mr Wanless is a prospector and mining investor with 32 years mining industry experience. Robert first worked in the mineral exploration arms of Placer Exploration and Placer Prospecting (Aust) Pty Ltd in Western Australia and Papua New Guinea being responsible generating projects and arranging and supervising field operations.

He has held numerous mining tenements in Western Australia over the past 40 years has set up joint ventures together with partner Dr Janos Locsei with many large mining companies, such as Chevron, Amax, Noranda, Outokumpu, Pan Continental, Billiton, Homestake Gold, (all around Ravensthorpe WA), with Centenary International Mining and Eucla Mining (mineral sands Albany to Esperance), Otter Exploration, and Auralia Res, (Jerramungup), Extract Holdings (Doubtful Bay and Lake Grace), Audax Res (Laverton), Oakbark Res (Ravensthorpe and Forrestonia), Antimony Nickel Ltd (Forrestonia), Phoenix Res (Roebourne and Forrestonia), Metana (Ravensthorpe and West River) and Amax (Mt Day).

He was a founding director of Greenstone Resources NL (now RED 5) having put together all the projects for that float that listed on the ASX in 1996. He was responsible for all the companies exploration work at Ravensthorpe and introduced Billiton to the area having negotiated a joint venture with them on the Mt Short nickel sulphide project (Billiton’s first as operator) they later entered into the Bandalup Nickel project with Comet Resources. Greenstone carried out extensive exploration projects around Ravensthorpe and consolidated a large tract of exploration ground established resources and found new mineralisation.

He is currently a director of Galaxy Resources Ltd (www.galaxyresources.com.au) that has just completed a successful IPO raising
$3 million. Galaxy now has all the Ravensthorpe tantalum projects having just completed the purchase of Cattlin Creek from SGW and plans to develop a mining operation based on these resources. Robert was responsible for putting together the projects for the float.

These projects also include two projects currently under joint venture with Pioneer Nickel (Copper/Gold, Nickel), the Ponton
uranium/rare earth project, the Shoemaker and Connolly impact crater structures which are prospective for Sudbury type mineralization and oil/gas and several other tenements around Ravensthorpe.

Chris Wanless Director Llb (Hons)/BEc

Mr Wanless has a Hons Degree in Law and a Bachelors degree in Economics both from Monash University, Melbourne and is currently studying a Masters of Applied Finance and Investments. He has worked for infrastructure consulting firm The Peron Group as a management consultant and for several law firms including Allens Arthur Robinson . He also has practical field experience in mineral exploration and has managed an active investment portfolio investing in the energy and resources sector.
He is a director of Quaalup Investments Pty Ltd .
